I intend to post here about interesting problems (and their solutions) that come up every day in my business.  Together, these things might be called "issues."

Sometimes, issues are wholly technical.  However, there is nearly always a human component to every issue.  Business issues, quite often, are in fact non-technical and need to be addressed in terms of reason and practicality.  From time to time, even political philosophy enters into the equation.

For these reasons, I expect that this blog may have several sections, based on the unique types of issues we address.
